General Public

Any remaining single-game home tickets will go on sale to the general public online on August 27 and by phone beginning August 29 for the Buffalo game and on September 4 for all remaining home games. Ticket prices range between $30-$75.

Fans interested in general public season tickets can call the Panthers Ticket Office at 1-800-643-7488, or visit the ticket office online.

Fans interested in season tickets can call the Panthers Ticket Office at 1-800-643-7488, or visit the ticket office online. Priority seating at Heinz field is reserved for Panther Club members. The diagram to the right shows season ticket pricing.

Students

Full-time University of Pittsburgh undergraduate students enrolled during the 2011 Fall Term are eligible to purchase undergraduate student season tickets for the 2011 Pitt football season, subject to availability and all applicable eligibility and processing requirements. Undergraduate student season tickets are $25 each, located in the general admission student section, and there is a limit of one ticket per student. Tickets can be purchased online by clicking on the “Athletics Login” link at my.pitt.edu, by calling the Panthers Ticket Office, or by completing and mailing an undergraduate student ticket application to the Panthers Ticket Office.

Single-Game Student Tickets

It is anticipated that the student section will be sold out on a season ticket basis. If tickets are available, single-game tickets will be sold the week of each game at the Panthers Ticket Office located in the Petersen Events Center lobby for $10 each.

All students are required to show their valid Pitt Student ID in addition to a valid game ticket to enter Heinz Field.

Buddy Passes

It is anticipated that the student section will be sold out on a season ticket basis. If tickets are available, buddy/guest passes will be sold to student season ticket holders the week of each game at the Panthers Ticket Office located in the Petersen Events Center lobby for $5 each. The Panthers Ticket Office may limit buddy pass quantity based on demand. Student guests using a Buddy Pass are required to enter Heinz Field with a student season ticket holder.

Will Call, Recruits, Players Family

The ticket office opens 4 hours prior to kickoff for each game. Will call and game day ticket sales (if available) are located outside Gate A.

Ticket Policy/FAQ’s

Admission Policy
All fans must have a ticket to enter Heinz Field. Children younger than 2 do not need a ticket if they are going to sit on an adult’s lap. Children 2 years of age or older are required to have a ticket.

Mailing of Tickets
Season tickets will be mailed approximately August 10, 2011 via first-class mail. Single home and away game tickets will be mailed no later than 7 days before the game.

Refunds
Refunds or exchanges are not granted unless an order is not filled. Refunds may not be made due to a time or date change.

Ticket Reprint Requests

Season ticket holders that misplace their season tickets and request their season tickets be reprinted should please consider the following:

  • The original season tickets will be voided and the reprinted tickets will become the valid tickets for the seats.
  • Payment information is required and the Panthers Ticket Office may process payment for ticket reprints.

Single game tickets: Panther fans that misplace their tickets to a Pitt football home game and request that their tickets be reprinted should please consider:

  • The original tickets will be voided and the reprinted tickets will become the valid tickets for the seats.
  • Payment is required in full.
  • When the original tickets are returned to the Panthers Ticket Office, payment for the reprinted tickets will be refunded 100%.
