ESPN Uses Clemson’s Campus To Promote South Carolina College GameDay Show

I’m beginning to think that ESPN choosing South Carolina for “College GameDay” was just an attempt to troll the Gamecocks. First, the show announced that Kenny Chesney, a noted Tennessee Volunteers fan, would be the guest picker. Now, the Worldwide Leader was spotted using USC’s arch-rival, Clemson, to promote the show.

According to Clemson Tom (via @LeeRomines1), a “College GameDay” commercial on Thursday featured Clemson’s campus instead of South Carolina’s.


After hearing Gamecock fans voice their displeasure over Chesney, I can only imagine how mad they’ll be after seeing this.
