Chicken Caesar Sliders

Here’s a tasty twist on the traditional chicken salad sandwich, with all the great flavors of a caesar salad.

  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs
  • 1/2 to 1 cup of your favorite caesar dressing
  • 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh chopped parsley, or 2 teaspoons dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 2 cups shredded romaine lettuce
  • 12 slider buns
    • 1. In medium pot, bring salted water to a boil (enough water to cover chicken).


    • 2. Place chicken in boiling water, reduce water to a simmer.


    • 3. Allow chicken to simmer for 20-30 minutes, or until chicken is fully cooked.


    • 4. Remove chicken from water, allow to cool completely.


    • 5. Once cooled, shred/pull chicken (remove any fat pieces).


    • 6. In large bowl, combine shredded chicken with caesar dressing, parmesan cheese, parsley, and pepper.


    • 7. Stir until well blended.


    8. Serve mixture on slider buns; garnish with romaine lettuce and/or extra shredded parmesan cheese.
