The USC Trojans drove deep into the south and rode out with one of the top prospects for the 2016 recruiting class on Monday. Wide receiver Josh Imatorbhebhe committed to the Trojans. He announced the news in a clip from Bleacher Report.
Following is the tweet he used to tease his commitment, along with the link to the intense video.
Imatorbhebhe is ranked as the No. 28 wide receiver and No. 165 overall prospect, according to 247Sports. He’s listed at 6’2″ and 205 pounds, and has been clocked in the 40-yard dash at 4.45 seconds.
He chose the Trojans over the likes of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Ohio State, and several others. Many felt the Gators had the inside track to landing Imatorbhebhe. His older bother, Daniel, is a freshman tight end at Florida.
Now USC will be tasked with fighting off schools until National Signing Day next February, unless Imatorbhebhe signs early.
