Gators DE Alex Brown Puts On Sack Show Against Tennessee

Throughout the years there have been a ton of incredible performances by the Florida Gators against the Tennessee Volunteers. The stars always seem to shine the brightest during the showdown with old Rocky Top.

But what player had the best game ever against the Vols?

Settling upon an individual performance as the greatest is nearly impossible to do, but we do have one that has to rank near the top of everyone’s list. Former defensive end Alex Brown wreaked havoc on the Vols during the 1999 matchup. He recorded five sacks, one interception, and six total tackles in the Gators’ 23-21 victory. It was a performance for the ages, which you can see in the highlight reel below.
