If I were the Miami Hurricanes, I’d use weather all day, everyday as a pitch to potential recruits. Each morning wake up and post a tweet about how beautiful it is in sunny South Florida, just like Jorge Baez, UM’s assistant director of player personnel, did on Tuesday.
Miami may not have the tools at their disposal that Florida and FSU do, but what the program lacks in facilities and monetary backing, it more than makes up for in year-round blue skies and warm temperatures. Just look at the disparity between South Florida and North Florida.
Who wouldn’t want to play where it’s beach and bikini weather 365 days a year?
