Ross-Ade Stadium Information & Policies

Accessible Seating: Fans requiring special assistance are urged to make all ticketing arrangements through the ticket office well in advance. Call 765/494-3194 or 800/49-SPORT.

Concessions: Concession stands offer a wide selection of food and drinks. Stands outside the stadium open three hours prior to kickoff. In-stadium stands open one and a half hours before kickoff. Local Mountain Coffee at Ross-Ade is located at the northeast corner of the stadium and serves fresh-brewed coffee, fresh pastries, full espresso menu, Italian soda, gelato, sorbetto and much more in the perfect stadium atmosphere. Free Wi-Fi is available.

Disability Accommodations: The Department of Intercollegiate Athletics provides special services for those who have windshield permits or license plates bearing the Universal Symbol of Access.

Accessible parking is available for home football games in Lot W (see map). An accessible shuttle service will be provided between Lot W and Ross-Ade Stadium for two hours prior to kickoff and on an as-needed basis during and after the game. Accessible golf carts with drivers will be stationed at stadium Gates A, R, M, and E throughout the game. These gates do not have steps leading up to Ross-Ade Stadium, however, once inside the gates, there will be steps up or down to the seats.

Game-Day Emergencies: Ticket holders should give caregivers or family members the section, row and seat number of their tickets. In case of an emergency, caregivers should contact the Purdue Police at 765/494-8221. Officers will go to your seat and inform you of the emergency. Paging over the public address system is not allowed.

Gate Information: All gates open two hours before game time. For safety reasons, fans should enter only at the gate printed on the admission ticket.

First Aid: First aid stations are located on the concourse at Sections 111 and 119.

Lost and Found: Lost and Found kiosks are located on the concourse in section 15 and in the south endzone behind the bleachers. These kiosks remain oopen until one half hour after the conclusion of the game. Articles not claimed will be turned over to the Athletic Ticket Office the Monday following the game: 765-494-3194.

Purdue Pride merchandise booths are located throughout Ross-Ade Stadium and open two hours prior to kickoff through the end of the game. The Purdue Pride store and other booths outside the stadium open 2 hours prior to kickoff and remain open after the game.

Private Use: The Ross-Ade Stadium Pavilion and optional catering services are available for private functions and meetings. For rates and information, call 765/496-2534.

Public Pay Phones: Public pay phones are located at stadium Gates G and R.

Restrooms: Restrooms are located under the stadium grandstands. Additional facilities on the north and south concourses are available outside the stadium prior to kickoff.

Stadium Guidelines: Purdue Boilermaker football should be an enjoyable experience for all fans. In order to promote athletic excellence and fan enjoyment, we ask for your assistance in displaying a high degree of sportsmanship at all times.

Purdue reserves the right to remove from the stadium those individuals whose conduct disrupts players, coaches, officials or other fans. No refunds will be given in these cases.

For your safety and the enjoyment of other fans, the following items are not permitted in Ross-Ade Stadium seating areas:

  • Umbrellas
  • Seat backs
  • Alcoholic beverages, cans, coolers, glass bottles
  • Noisemakers or signs
  • Large video cameras, large televisions, or large radios.

Check-in facilities are not available at Ross-Ade Stadium.

Spectators are not allowed, at any time, on the playing field or sidelines without appropriate credentials.

Purdue University is committed to providing a smoke-free environment in all its facilities, both indoor and outdoor. Smoking is prohibited in stadium seating areas, restrooms, entryways leading to the seating areas, or on the concourse. Smoking will be permitted outside the stadium only. Pass-outs are available at any gate.

Souvenirs: Purdue merchandise is available from the Purdue Pride team store, located at the northeast corner of the stadium, or from stands located throughout the concourse. Shop before or after the game online at Request a merchandise catalog at 800/760-7041.

Ticket Information: To pick up will-call tickets, purchase tickets or if you lose your ticket, go to the Athletic Ticket Office located in the Intercollegiate Athletic Facility across North University Street from the stadium. On game day, the ticket office opens four hours prior to kickoff or 8 a.m., whichever is later, and remains open until the end of the third quarter. Game-day tickets, if available, also can be purchased at Ross-Ade Gates A and N beginning one and a half hours prior to kickoff. Purdue player guest will-call is at Gate J, recruit will-call is at Gate K and the visitor’s pass gate is located near Gate N. Photo identification is required for pickup of will-call tickets.

Purdue Students
All Purdue students must show their current student identification cards along with their student game tickets upon entering Ross-Ade Stadium. This policy will be strictly enforced.

Ticket Replacement
Tickets which are lost or left at home can be replaced at the full ticket price. If lost ticket form and original tickets are returned by December 1, the charge will be refunded. If the Athletic Ticket Office does not have a record of seat assignment, new tickets, if available, must be purchased at full price with no refund. The Athletic Ticket Office is not responsible for tickets mailed to a second party. Tickets will be replaced ONLY for the original purchaser. NO EXCEPTIONS. Replacement tickets take precedence over the original tickets.

ONLY tickets purchased or received from the Athletic Ticket Office are guaranteed to be valid.

Game Day Ticket Problems and Will-Call
Assistance can be obtained by contacting the Athletic Ticket Office at 765-494-3194 or 1-800-49-SPORT. The Athletic Ticket Office is located in the IAF building, directly north of Mackey Arena. The Athletic Ticket Office opens five hours prior to kick-off or 8:00 a.m., whichever is later, and remains open until the end of the third quarter. All general public will-call remains at the Athletic Ticket Office until the end of the third quarter. Player guest and recruit will-call is located at stadium Gate J. This gate is open two hours before kickoff until halftime.

Picture ID is required for pickup of all tickets held at every will-call.

Game day tickets, if available, are for sale at the Athletic Ticket Office or at stadium Gates A, R, G, and J, beginning two hours before game time.

The Athletic Ticket Office is the only sanctioned outlet for the sale and distribution of athletic tickets. Any and all others selling tickets will be subject to compliance with Purdue University’s rules and regulations governing the “canvassing, pedaling, soliciting and delivery of merchandise on its campus.”
